Restaurant Cleanouts in Arlington, TX

A restaurant clearance divides cleanly into two halves: the front of house, which is furniture, and the back of house, which is where the honest limits of a hauling crew start.

Restaurant tables, chairs and kitchen equipment left behind in a closed dining room

Front of house is straightforward

Tables, chairs, booths, bar stools, banquettes, service stations, host stands, decor and signage — all ordinary furniture work, in volume, usually out of hours because a restaurant cannot be cleared during service.

Booth seating is the one item worth flagging: it is usually fixed to the floor or the wall and built in sections, so it is a dismantling job rather than a lifting one. Mention it when scoping so the crew brings tools and time.

Back of house, and what we will not claim

Dry storage shelving, prep tables, non-refrigerated equipment, small wares, packaging and general fixtures are all fine. So are dining-room-side items and anything already disconnected and cleaned.

What this branch does not do: grease trap and grease waste, cooking oil, hood and duct cleaning residue, refrigerant recovery from commercial line refrigeration, gas disconnection, or any regulated waste stream. Commercial refrigeration in particular needs a certified technician to recover refrigerant before the unit moves, and gas equipment needs a licensed fitter to isolate it. Those are legal requirements, not caution, and a hauling company that says otherwise is either subcontracting it or not doing it.

Where a kitchen has been properly decommissioned by the right trades, clearing what remains is ordinary work.

  • Grease traps, grease waste and cooking oil — specialist contractor
  • Commercial refrigeration — certified refrigerant recovery first
  • Gas equipment — licensed disconnection first
  • Hood and duct systems — specialist cleaning contractor

FAQ

Restaurant Cleanouts in Arlington, TX — common questions

Can you take commercial kitchen equipment?
Non-refrigerated, non-gas equipment that has been disconnected and cleaned, yes. Refrigeration needs certified refrigerant recovery first and gas equipment needs licensed disconnection first — both are legal requirements and neither is something we do.
Do you handle grease traps or cooking oil?
No. Grease waste and cooking oil are regulated streams requiring a licensed contractor. We clear the space around them once they have been dealt with.
Can you remove booth seating?
Yes. Booths are usually fixed and built in sections, so it is a dismantling job — mention it when scoping so the crew has the tools and the time allowed for it.
Do you work outside service hours?
Yes, and it is usually the only workable option. Restaurant clearances here mostly run overnight or on a closure day.
