Two different systems

This website is a marketing site. It does not have a database, it does not have user accounts, and it does not have a form of its own that submits anywhere.

Booking, quoting, account sign-in and payment are all provided by the central Junk Koala platform at junkkoala.com, embedded into the book, quote and login pages. Anything you type into those forms goes to the Junk Koala platform, not to this site, and is governed by the Junk Koala privacy policy rather than by this page.

Put plainly: whatever you type into the booking form goes to the platform, not to this site, and never passes through it.

What this site collects

Nothing you type. No forms on this site post data anywhere, and no personal information is requested, stored or transmitted by the pages themselves.

Standard server request information may be logged by the hosting provider in the ordinary course of serving a page — IP address, user agent, the URL requested and the time. That is generated by the act of loading any website and is used for security and operational purposes, not for profiling.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no cross-site profiling on these pages, which is why you are not being asked to consent to any.

The embedded Junk Koala widgets may set cookies necessary for their own function — keeping you signed in, or preserving a booking in progress. Those belong to the platform and are covered by its policy.

Third parties

Exactly one external origin is involved in serving these pages: the Junk Koala platform, which provides the booking, quote and sign-in widgets. There is nothing else.

In particular, the two typefaces used across the branch family are downloaded at build time and served from this domain rather than from Google. Loading a page here sends no request to Google, or to any analytics, advertising or content network.

A Content Security Policy enforces that rather than merely asserting it: scripts, frames and connections are restricted to this origin and the Junk Koala platform, and the browser will block anything else outright.

Information you give us by phone

If you call (972) 093-0938, the details you give — your name, address, what needs collecting and when — are used to quote and carry out the job, and are recorded in the Junk Koala platform in the same way an online booking would be. They are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone outside the Junk Koala network except where a disposal facility or a subcontracted specialist genuinely requires it to complete the work.

Photographs you send

Photographs submitted through the quote flow are used to price and plan the job. They go to the Junk Koala platform rather than to this site.

Where a job is documented with before and after photographs — standard on commercial and property management work — those are taken for the customer’s record and supplied with the invoice. They are not published anywhere without permission.

Your choices

For anything held about you in the Junk Koala platform — bookings, quotes, account details — the platform is where those requests are handled, because that is where the data lives. Sign in at junkkoala.com/login or contact the platform directly.

Changes

If how this site handles information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. There is no mailing list to notify, because this site does not operate one.
