Pickup windows are shown live in the booking system rather than as fixed opening hours, because availability is what actually matters. Out-of-hours and weekend slots are available for commercial work.

Two things worth having ready first
Check the territory. This branch covers Arlington and the Mid-Cities. Fort Worth, Dallas, Plano and the northern suburbs belong to other Junk Koala branches, and they will serve you better than we would. The service areas page has the full list.
Check the exclusions. Paint, chemicals, fuel, batteries, asbestos and medical waste all need a different disposal route and we cannot take them. Items we take lists both sides of that plainly.
What to include
The details that turn an enquiry into a quote
A message with these in it gets a number back. A message without them gets a reply asking for them, which costs everybody a day.
- Photographs of everything that is going, taken in daylight
- The address, or at least the city and the type of property
- The floor, and whether there is an elevator or a stairwell
- Roughly how far the load sits from where a truck can park
- Any deadline — a lease end, a closing, a landlord walk-through
- Anything heavy or awkward: stone countertop, a cast iron tub, a piano
- Whether anything nearby is staying rather than going
- Access details: gate codes, lockboxes, who lets the crew in

Commercial enquiries go somewhere different
